Report a violation
If you believe Parrlo contains unlawful content or a breach of the rules (for example, use of another person’s voice without consent), let us know. Parrlo Translate does not publish user content: conversations, including QR sessions, are seen only by their participants. This page is the point of contact required by the Digital Services Act (DSA).
What to include in your email
- Where you saw it (link, conversation, screen).
- What you believe breaks the law or infringes rights, and why.
- Your name and email address, so we can reply.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt immediately, review the notice diligently and objectively, remove the content or restrict access where needed, and tell you our decision within 7 days at most. If you disagree with it, you can reply to us for a review, use an out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.
